It Supports Auto-negotiation and Auto-MDIX detection on each port. Moreover, it has IEEE 802.3x compliant flow control for full-duplex and back pressure for half-duplex operation. These help improve the performance of the network switch.

Mode 2(VLAN): Port 1~7: 10/100/1000M @ 100 meters
Port 8: 10/100/1000M @100 meters; Ports1 to 7 will be isolated from each other, but will still be able to communicate with uplink port 8
